Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Descriptions of services, features, prices, timelines, examples, availability, and portfolio work are not a binding offer unless included in a separate written agreement or accepted proposal.
2. Quotes and pricing
Displayed prices are starting points unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final project pricing may depend on page count, content readiness, revisions, integrations, custom functionality, data migration, third-party services, deadlines, and other scope requirements. The current minimum website-project price shown on this site is $400, but a final quote may be higher.
3. Current service scope
Swiger Digital Solutions LLC primarily provides public-facing websites and related integrations. Connecting a website to an existing store, booking platform, payment link, media service, or other provider does not mean Swiger Digital Solutions LLC operates or replaces that third-party system.
Custom customer-account systems, private user dashboards, membership/login systems, custom authentication, and password-management systems are outside the current advertised service scope. Online store checkout, payment processing, inventory, fulfillment, merchandise handling, and order management remain the responsibility of the client's selected commerce/provider platform.
4. Project agreements
Specific website-development work may require a written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other project document covering scope, payment, revisions, timeline, ownership, third-party services, and responsibilities.
5. Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, and final approval of content they provide or approve for publication, including text, claims, prices, photos, logos, trademarks, reviews, regulated information, professional statements, and third-party materials. Swiger Digital Solutions LLC does not provide legal, medical, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice.
6. Domains, hosting, and third-party services
Whenever practical, client domains, hosting accounts, scheduling tools, payment systems, store platforms, analytics accounts, and other third-party services may be established in the client's name. Those services are subject to the provider's own terms, availability, pricing, security, and policies. Swiger Digital Solutions LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account actions, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, custom website code created specifically for a paid client project may be delivered to the client after applicable project obligations are satisfied. Client-provided logos, photos, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Swiger Digital Solutions LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, general techniques, reusable components, know-how, and materials not created exclusively for the client.
8. Portfolio use
Completed work may be referenced as portfolio or experience material where reasonably appropriate, subject to any separate confidentiality or written client agreement. Confidential or sensitive materials should be identified before work begins.
9. Website performance and results
No specific business, revenue, search-ranking, lead-volume, sales, traffic, or conversion result is guaranteed. Search engines, social platforms, browsers, devices, third-party services, and customer behavior are outside the complete control of Swiger Digital Solutions LLC.
10. Maintenance and changes
Unless maintenance is included in a separate agreement, post-launch edits, new pages, troubleshooting, integrations, content changes, and ongoing support may be billed separately. A client's website may also require future updates because of browser changes, third-party changes, domain or hosting changes, or new business requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swiger Digital Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website or third-party services. Any project-specific liability terms should be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
12. External links
This website may link to client websites and third-party services. Those destinations are provided for convenience and portfolio reference and are governed by their own content, security practices, privacy policies, and terms.
13. Geographic availability
Project availability is an operational business decision and may change. Swiger Digital Solutions LLC currently accepts suitable remote projects in the United States except California.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date shown at the top reflects the most recent version.
